One of the best ways to experience brisbane city at night. Dont forget your camera's!!

If you enjoy a little bit of soft adventure and are over the age of 12, take yourself to a new high by climbing the Brisbane Story Bridge.
Throw on a climb suit, buckle up with a harness belt and secure yourself to the static line and soon you will be taking in uninterrupted 360 degree views across Moreton Bay, the Glasshouse Mountains, Mt Coot-tha and Lamington National Park. Along the way a commentary will play through your radio headset, giving both history and heritage information on the city and the bridge.
Totally exhilarated, you will reach the summit of this superstructure and admire the river snaking 80metres below.
Climbs can be enjoyed at dawn, day, twilight, or night, each timeslot capturing a different mood and intimacy and ensuring a unique experience. Groups are restricted to 12 people and the adventure takes approximately two and a half hours.
Getting there:
Story Bridge Adventure Climb leaves from base headquarters at Kangaroo Point, less than a kilometre from Brisbane CBD. River ferry transfers from the city take just five minutes.

Absolutely one of the best ways to see Brisbane, especially at night. Would not hesitate to do it again.

I haven't climbed the bridge but so many have recommended it! ...looking forward to it !!

Done it twice - morning and twilight; and I'm afraid of heights! If you haven't tried it, give it a go. 1 of only 3 bridge climbs in the world I've been told, and right on our doorstep.

Seeing brisbane from on top of the bridge simply awesome.

Fantastic experience. Wonderful historical facts were shared about Brisbane's brewing history with Carlton & United and we got a free Carlton Mid at the Story Bridge Hotel (and they're Australian owned!)

Great way to spend some time, much easier than Sydney Harbor Bridge Climb. Would encourage all fit enough to do it to schedule it as part of their visit.

This looks like lots of fun! We will definitely do it one day.
