But Hollywood wouldn’t be Hollywood without a shot of adrenalin and you can certainly inject it here - if you’re up to it that is. The rides, stunts and shows will delight the movie buff as well as entertain the kids. For a gentle adventure try the Looney Tunes Village or Road Runner Rollercoaster but if you’re into heart-stopping thrills, the latest cutting edge Batwing Spaceshot is probably more your style. If the rapid 4.5G vertical launch up a 60meter tower doesn’t terrify you enough, the drop into a breathtaking negative descent, beyond freefall - will.

Once you tear through your own terror, the thrills become addictive.

Warner Bros. Movie World is located on the Pacific Mwy, Oxenford, Gold Coast, 20mins drive north of Surfers Paradise and 45mins south of Brisbane. It’s easily accessible by road, rail and air.
